Refund and Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which bookings made with The Kreative Tourism can be cancelled or refunded.

1. General Terms

All bookings are processed based on availability from hotels, airlines, transport partners, and activity suppliers.

Booking confirmation is issued only after receiving advance payment.

2. Cancellation by the Customer

Depending on the service provider’s rules, the following charges apply:

A. Holiday Packages (Hotels, Sightseeing, Transport)

30 days or more before travel: 10% of total package amount

15–29 days before travel: 25%

7–14 days before travel: 50%

Less than 7 days: 100% (No refund)

No show / early checkout: 100% charges apply

Note: Hotel/transport partners may have stricter policies which will apply accordingly.

B. Flights

Flight tickets follow airline-specific cancellation rules.

Service charges & convenience fees are non-refundable.

3. Refund Processing

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–14 working days after approval.

Refund mode will be the same as the original payment or as mutually agreed.

4. Modification / Rescheduling

Any date change or amendment is subject to availability and may attract price differences or partner charges.

Airline rescheduling rules apply as per their policy.

5. Cancellation by The Kreative Tourism

In rare cases of:

Natural calamities, strikes, weather issues

Supplier/partner failure

Operational or safety concerns

We may reschedule or cancel bookings, and refunds will follow partner policies.

6. Non-Refundable Conditions

No refund will be provided for:

Unused services

Last-minute cancellations

Services booked under non-refundable categories

Visa rejection (visa fees are always non-refundable)
